Eramol was created by Eric Che and Peter Mollison.

Eric and Peter embrace challenges with an inspired and forward-thinking approach. Eramol was founded on the shared values of the co-founders to offer a tailored and responsive clinical trial manufacturing services to sponsors with a wide set of requirements. 

Eric Che

Eric has worked in the pharmaceutical sector for over 15 years, since completing his pharmacist training in the NHS. He is an eligible EU Qualified Person, responsible for supply chain audit oversight and batch release for clinical and commercial products. Eric has worked with a broad range of sterile and non-sterile dosage forms including orphan products as well as time critical sterile and veterinary products. He holds leadership roles in quality, delivering a green field manufacturing facility design project, GMP licence applications and building brand-new quality teams.

Peter Mollison

Peter has over 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Qualifying as a pharmacist in 2004, he worked at the Institute of Cancer Research on pharmacogenomic and drug discovery, before moving into commercial and clinical sterile and non-sterile production roles in the UK NHS and commercial organisations. Since 2009, he has worked in Quality roles covering dosage forms, including radiopharmaceuticals and ATMPs. Gaining QP status in 2014, Peter performed batch release for large and small-scale pharmaceutical EU organisations, before continuing as a consultant, overseeing projects including facility builds, FDA remediation, training and QMS implementation.

Harpreet Ghataore

Harpreet graduated from Brunel University with a first-class honours degree in Biomedical Sciences (immunology), with 8 years Quality experience working in both large and small pharmaceutical companies. Harpreet holds several key functions in the Senior management team, specialising in process improvement, compliance, and strategic business planning. Harpreet has a passion for developing people and embedding the company values and quality culture.

Sunxing Shi

Sunxing’s graduated in 2007 with a degree in Biotechnology. Since then, he has held a number of quality and management roles in various organisations including St. George’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, GSK, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Lonza Biological. Sunxing has an in-depth understanding of cGMP, QMS requirements for the aseptics, non-sterile, biological and gene therapy manufacturing processes, and has successfully managed a number of improvement projects. As Operations Manager, Sunxing has a specific interest in standardising and simplifying processes to achieve the best quality and

efficiency which our clients can benefit from.

Dave Mollison

Dave has a first class honours degree in Management Banking and Finance and over 21 years banking experience. He specialises in risk management and is a specialist member of the Institute of Risk Management with strong compliance and corporate governance experience. Dave is a Chief Risk Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Dave independently challenges and supports our business operations to ensure we maintain effective systems and controls. Dave also brings a strong community focus to our business along with a focus on strategy, culture and people, ensuring we attract, retain and develop our

talented people.

Royford Yeung

Royford is a dual qualified (UK/Hong Kong) lawyer with over 20 years of commercial and corporate legal experience.  He is tri-lingual, entrepreneurial and globally experienced.  He was the Corporate Counsel and head of international commercial legal team of Alibaba Group and the General Counsel of 51 Group (which is a UK and China e-commerce and logistics services provider). Royford doesn;t only have substantial legal experience, and was a member of the senior management and corporate strategy team team of his former employer.
