The Sevenoaks non-sterile site is a key part of Eramol’s UK operations. Acquired in November 2021 and commissioned shortly after, this facility has grown into a high-capacity, GMP-aligned manufacturing and supply hub supporting clinical and commercial programmes across the UK, EU, and global markets.
Operational since August 2022, the non-sterile facility continues to expand its capabilities to meet growing demand for flexible, reliable, and quality-driven outsourcing solutions.
Purpose-Built for Growth
The non-sterile campus has undergone phased development to strengthen its capabilities:
- QC Expansion – June 2023
Increased analytical capacity and stability infrastructure. - Stability Suite Commissioning – June 2023
Complete ICH-aligned stability storage capability. - Warehouse Expansion – January 2024
Increased controlled storage capacity for ambient, refrigerated, and specialised material handling.

Quality Control (QC) Testing
GMP-aligned QC testing supports all products manufactured and packaged on site.
Qualified Person (QP) Release
The site hosts Eramol’s QP team for:
- EU and UK QP certification
- Integrated batch release for clinical and commercial supply

The non-sterile facility provides full-scale GMP/GDP distribution, including:
- Ambient and controlled storage
- Secure, monitored warehousing
- Global distribution, including EU pathways via our Dublin site
